Ballast Women Global is a values-driven, intergenerational collective for women who understand that real success isn't loud, instant, or curated—it's built over time through skill, resilience, collaboration, and access. We move women beyond performative success and into ownership, leadership, and long-term impact by providing the structure, mentorship, and capital pathways needed to build real careers, scalable companies, and lasting influence across media, culture, and global markets. VISION
Intergenerational Support - Ballast Women Global was birthed to support women 18 to 40 years old as they maneuver life personally and professionally. We build bridges between generations—seasoned executives mentoring rising stars.

Our mission is to Collaborate and Partner with diverse women globally to create exciting, breathtaking, and unbelievable content in all genres. All women’s stories that demonstrate how our personal and professional lives intertwine, by recreating real stories that heal and empower.
