Little did she know all the work she did to help establish the foundation of so many creatives, and her 1st International trip to MIDEM, the global music business conference in Cannes, France—in 1983 would mark the start of a lifelong commitment to cross-cultural collaboration and global business.
Dr. Andrews’ influence spans the globe, where she executive produces original content, mentors emerging leaders, and forges partnerships that empower women, youth, and purpose-driven brands.
She specializes in business foundations, growth strategies, operational consulting, and community engagement strategies for entrepreneurs, public sector leaders, and mission-driven enterprises. Whether guiding recording artists, ministry leaders, civic programs, or social impact ventures, Dr. Andrews helps clients design scalable business models, deepen stakeholder engagement, and turn bold ideas into sustainable realities.

With over 3 decades of professional experience in the entertainment industry, Ms. Andrews has cultivated a legacy that spans music, media, and leadership. Her early work in television with Motown Productions, Fred Tatashore Productions, and Pierre Cossette Productions laid the foundation for her current passion: creating original content and executive producing stories that uplift, educate, and inspire.
In her spare time, she writes books and scripts that aim to pass on the wisdom, resilience, and behind-the-scenes truths of a veteran executive—offering both a historical lens and a path forward for the next generation. Grounded in her lived experiences navigating a complex industry, Ms. Andrews is deeply committed to helping girls and young women develop their voices, protect their power, and thrive in safe, purpose-driven creative spaces.

COMMUNITY & GOVERNMENT RELATIONS
Dr. Andrews successfully pivoted into local government in 2015. She brings that same resilience and leadership to the public sector as she does music and ministry. She served under the City of Los Angeles Council President, and presently serves as a Neighborhood Empowerment Advocate for the City of Los Angeles—supporting the 2nd largest city in the US Neighborhood Council system consisting of 99 Neighborhood Councils. She gives board leadership support to the NC's, civic engagement, youth development, and community-led policy. The Department of Neighborhood Empowerment is home to the largest community-based council system in the nation. Her ability to bridge the worlds of creativity, community, and governance makes her uniquely effective and relevant.
